Marco Mori is a creative technologist who builds custom software and AI systems for small businesses, agencies and studios.
Ten years freelancing in Houdini-driven simulation and character effects, with brand credits including Samsung, Adidas and Puma, taught a certain kind of engineering discipline: procedural thinking and pipeline craft under real production constraints. Now the same discipline goes into custom software and production AI systems: multi-agent orchestration, live products, real customers, infrastructure that runs unattended.

An AI skincare coaching app, built as a React Native app. A selfie becomes an AI glow score and a personalized routine, with a weekly re-scan to track progress.

Developer or VFX artist? Both. Ten years as a senior 3D/VFX artist (Houdini simulation and character effects, credits including Samsung, Adidas and Puma) before moving into AI engineering, which is why AI content pipelines and creative tooling for studios are part of the work.
What is an AI automation agency, and is this one? An AI automation agency builds and runs AI assistants, agent workflows and automations for other companies. This is that work done by one person: I scope, build and ship the system myself, and the proof section shows systems that are live with real customers rather than case studies about them.
